Exchanges are only allowed if a good arrives damaged, please inform us immediately if this happens by emailing samanta@samantavirginio.com
Please see the “faulty goods” sections regarding any exchanges. Returns are not accepted.
REFUNDS
Refunds excluding postage will be made on return of the item(s). If you would like to exchange for another size, please let us know in your email.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

To find out if you qualify for this service, please email samanta@samantavirginio.com with clear photos of damage, postage fees always apply.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER RETURNS POLICY
You will receive your pre-order and made-to-order within four- six weeks from ordering. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or canceled within three days of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final at delivery. Please see the “repairs” section for any concerns or questions.
