Samanta Virginio presents sixteen new looks for her f/w 2024 collection, entitled “Futura”.In this collection, Samanta Virginio draws inspiration from archetypes of modern women who shape society, from “the bosses” to “the super-moms”, to “the prima-ballerinas” and “the vixens”, likening them to the idolized classical princesses in children’s stories, to propose modern role models, that women of today can relate and aspire to.

The lineup includes knitwear, evening-wear, and accessories. The collection appeals to a multi-faceted, post-modern woman, reflected in each look, by offering the wearer comfortable yet sensual, bold yet elegant, pieces.

Craftsmanship lies at the core of Samanta Virginio’s brand. All elements of the collection are made in Italy, and the makers for each element are carefully chosen, to provide best in class craftsmanship.

For the knitwear pieces, dead-stock yarns are hand-picked to ensure no further waste is produced through the creative process. Natural yarns and fabrics help bring to life, the oversized petals seen throughout the collection. In this f/w collection, the petal technique can be seen reimagined, in silk yarn knits that bloom around the wearer, as well as the classic silk organza “tagliato” version. This Demi-couture technique first presented in Samanta Virginio’s s/s 2024 also figures throughout the f/w 2024 accessories.
